Refund Policy

At Glow Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used beauty and skincare products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (unless faulty)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our team via the contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
